What to specify when you request a quote
- Sheet resistance — state the target sheet resistance and its tolerance.
- Transmittance — give the minimum visible transmission at the resistance you need.
- Substrate and thickness — listed as “0.5mm”; name the base glass (soda-lime, borosilicate, alkali-free, quartz) and thickness.
- Size and cutting — listed as “0.33mm, 0.55mm, 0.7mm, 1.1mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm,”; give the cut size and whether edges are seamed.
- Pattern or electrodes — send a drawing for any etched pattern, bus bar or electrode.
